	our approach
		1 We always begin with the end in mind. At the outset of each project we sit together with our clients to identify the learning goals to achieve. 2 Our training materials are carefully compiled for each project. No two versions of our student books are the same! 3 Our friendly mentors do not stop at teaching the language. They are as conversant with public speaking, presentation, and letter writing, to name but a few soft skills. 4 All our classes begin with a morale-boosting session. We firmly believe that each of our class participants deserves to start a fresh learning journey with us. 5 Extra help is available around the clock. Class participants can reach their mentors any time by e-mail, phone, or even text! 6 Flexibility is one of our built-in features: We have had early morning classes, lunch-hour classes, and evening classes. 7 We keep track of our classes. We allow participants to ask questions and give feedback on the training and the mentor. You are welcome to give any feedback about the class throughout the training.
